Review of All My Winters by Foxy Digitalis: foxydigitalis.zone/2023/05/10/the-capsule-garden-vol-2-17-may-10-2023/

This track is made up of parts of all 31 tracks from my Winter Solos project, when I recorded and released a track each day for the month of December 2022. The existence of this track is largely due to Eric Mingus, who mixed and mastered each of the solo tracks. Early in December, when there were just a few pieces in the project, he started to experiment with layering them together, and at that point we decided to work toward this piece. It made me so happy to do this, and reminded me of the many incredible, blissful experiences I have had playing in large ensembles of improvisers, awash in sound and glorious energy. Someday soon I hope to make some music like this, with lots of real live saxophonists in the room together.
